Ive take out a tablet deal by you guys in march and i was informed too take out insurance on the device and so
i did now couple of months they my tablet im struggling to claim and after three months i was inform that i never paid my insurance but yet they deducting it direct from my bank account. Yesterday i got a call from they insurance department and was informed that i must pay n pro rata amount of R381.I've informed the lady that i wont pay that because im paying insurance on the device since march. They try to make money in all the ways want to rob there own customers by doing this i want this to be sorted out or otherwise i will take it further
and beware try to debit my account
