I bought a smart phone last year December 2012. This year I noticed that there were 3 devices on my account.
I phoned them 4 times and they said they where looking in to it. I said they must because the other device (which I do not own) will start deducting money. It has been 3 weeks and there is nothing I can do. The device started costing money this month. When I call them they say it is a problem and they will come back to me.
I have an investigation pending but meanwhile they are taking money from my account.
