My lightning claim were reported on 26 Feb 2013.. After phone and email response and a lot of promises still nothing, The claim was approved, after reported on Hello Peter, and promises were maid that the money will be paid out. Papers were fax for signatures and then still no response. After phoning Jolene again, with a response of... my computer is off will phone you back in 10 min, no reply. phone the complain center, get a reference number 2325918... with a promise will call you in 24 hrs... no response and still no pay out. the quotation expire and i need to pay an extra amount in out of my pocket for the sloppy bad service from Absa... What is wrong with Absa, I am busy moving my account to there competition... Bad service cost me now money...
