We experienced a earth tremor on 26 Feb and reported to ABSA we found cracks on the ground floor ceiling roof. We did get people to come and have a look and and since then we have been sending requests as to what will be happening. All I get is we will get back to you and we have spoken to the contractor to call you. Today is 1st May and NOTHING was done yet. Why do we have to report to HP for a response from ABSA. I can assure you we will now maybe get a answer if not we will have to log more complaint just to get assistance from ABSA. Why does ABSA not look after their customers anymore. Why complain and fight to get some response.
