Claim is going in for 3 months very bad response!! From our side this claim was nearly settled after assessor came Absa phone for us to send quotations and let us know to clean the fire damages after sending quotations they start all over again new assessor very unfriendly not professional and let us know with few remarks and body language this claim wont pay out!!! Santam short term insurance already pay out for this claim on garden tools ext. what is absas problem!! Susan of Absa dont want us to speak to manager phone calls cost us already to Absa R2000!!
