Thibedi refused me MY RIGHT to an agreement letter to pay them a certain amount each month. This later escalated as i called them to demand this letter and was rudely turned sown by this man. He said. "We will not send you this letter, you can call your attorneys if you like." (Their calls are recorded) I was then told that he can speak to me in any manner he pleases because he was the one calling me. I then asked them to send me a statement which reflected a shocking revelation, they were charging me R17.10 for each call they made to ME!!! Angered by this i decided to settle this account and pay the amount reflected that i was owing. After paying I'm told that i might still have to pay them an amount that was not stipulated. Which i had absolutely no knowledge of. this amount that i owed was around R1700. the hidden or "created" amount was in the region of R600 excl. vat.
I really don't understand how these people do such so freely
