During Marchl i phone in for lightnig damage claim, Absa ask for a quotation for the repairs. The quotation was fax on 13 March 2013. Up to date i did not received any papers or pay out. I made several call to the call centre and only get empty promises back. It is now more than a month that my house security system is out of order. The claim centre said that the claim was approved and they will email me papers to sign so that they can make the pay out. My quotation were only valid for 30 Days. What now??? Absa realy goinig down
