My complex gardener, Gezani Thomas Zitha, had his card and money at an Absa ATM in Randburg in May. He reported it and was given a reference number (ref 2366436). After hearing nothing from Absa I tried to help Thomas by emailing [Email Removed] I explained the situation and attached all the relevant documentation. I never had a response to my email. Thomas had a call saying they were investigating the matter. I have emailed again but again have not had a response and the matter has still not been resolved. It is unacceptable that Absa has not investigated the matter and tried to help Thomas.
