My insurance claim was registered online on 16/11/2012. According to an sms ABSA would contact me within 48 hours. After 5 days I started contacting ABSA insurance. After 9 days and countless calls to the call centre and a big fight to for not getting any form of response from ABSA they send me a settlement claim which I signed and send back on the 27/11/2012 with the promise that it would be settled within 2-3 days. On the 5/12/2012 I resend the document because I still have nor received the money or any other response. On the 15/01/2013 I send an enquiry email but still have not received any kind of response.
