I took out an insurance with Dial Direct and they promised to install Parrot on the 15/11/13 when they debit their first monthly debit. Nobody came to install the Parrot and I was not informed on when they are planning to come and install it. I wrote an email to them complaining and there is no response. They debit money in my account and they don't do what they said they will. I want to cancel my insurance with them and they need to reverse my money, I will find a better insurance.
