Dial Direct Insurance
UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT!!!

I bought a Vehicle and decided that I would phone a couple of Vehicle Insurance Companies to get Quotations. Dial Direct was one of them... I contacted them to get a Quotation and provided them with ALL my details as requested... Why they needed my Banking Details for a Quote still puzzles me, but anyway. I gave all my particulars and got a Quote from Dial Direct

I specifically said to the Agent NOT TO GO AHEAD WITH THE COVER AS YET!!! Due to the fact that I was awaiting a Quotation from other Companies and that I would phone Dial Direct again, if I decide to go ahead with the Cover. I decided to go with another Company and not Dial Direct!!

Begining February 2014, what a Surprise do I get when my Debit Orders Bounce??? Dial Direct went and Debit Ordered their Admin Fee and 1st Month Insurance Premium without my Concent!!

SO NOW, ALL MY NECCESARY, IMPORTANT Companies that I needed to do EFT's for, didnt recieve their Money, because I had no Money Left!!!

I DEMAND AND INSIST DIAL DIRECT GIVE ME ALL MY MONEY BACK!! MONEY THAT YOU WERE NOT PERMITTED TO TAKE

I DO NOT LIKE THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS AND I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO YOU!!

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
