My debit order date is on 01 every month. This month it went off on 25 February leaving me witrh a possible overdrawn account. It totally messed me, I only get funds on the last day of the month and now the money I had for other things before month end Dial Direct has it.
I don't care what the explanation is, our agreement was you deduct on 01. The least you could have done was to inform me that you will debit earlier so that I make sure I can manage that.
Now I am left dry and out. How do I pay for petrol to get to work and other necessities before month end? You could have informed me instead of surprising me with a debit order I didn't expect.
Please cancel my policy as off the end of the month. I can't deal with a company that's more interested in getting your money and putting you in trouble without informing you.
Cancel my policy and refund me my money. I don't want your cover for the month of March onwards.
