I am insured with Dial Direct, my car was on the 9th of July 2013, and due to their erratic debit orders they wont pay out because the July debit order bounced back.
Their debits have been placed on the following dates : 1st, 8th, 17th, 24th and 26th of the month.
According to my policy the debit order is scheduled to go off on the 1st of every month.
They wont debit my account again and they wont give me the banking details so i can pay the outstanding premium.
This is, they have so far tried every excuse in the book not to pay out.
I was treated like a criminal from the beginning when I am the victim.
Now I have to try and save up for a car all over again.
Dial Direct is under Auto & General and they pay their staff a bonus for every claim that they cancel or reduce.
Were is the service? Why must I be punished as the client.
