Last month I received a quote from Dial Direct, to compare if they are better than my current insurance policy. The amount was better, but I said that I had to find out from my husband if we must accept the quote or not. I was already on the line for more than 30min so the agent said that he will take my banking details so long that next time it will not take so long if we accept the quote. I said that is fine but I do not accept it yet and will phone back to say if we accept the policy, then it can be put through the system. Now this month (02/04) Dial direct deducted the money from my account and a admin fee, which I did not agree to as I did not accept the quote. I have phone dial direct and requested a refund on the 5th of April, and they said someone will phone me back in 2 working days, it is already been 4 days, so bad service. After phoning Dial direct today 11/04 they said that someone still needs to listen to the recording and that is going to take 3 to 4 working days. I do not have a R1 000 to throw away, and need my money back. It is unacceptable. As this is not my mistake but the agent at Dial Direct.
