I aboarded a flight J267 at 13:55 from Johannesburg to Durban landed safely at 14;50, however my luggage which i was charged R150 for because it was over weight was left behind in Johannesburg. I'm in Durban and all my belongings are in Joburg. then we get taken to some counter where we find a very rude and arrogant gentlemen who told us the next flight will be at 18:30 and we were given a slip with a number which i have been trying to call and there's no answer. it's 5 hours later, i do not have my luggage and the number i was given is not been answered. we pay inflated fees and they still can't deliver my luggage to us.
