I recently attended a very tiresome conference in Johannesburg, and returned on Friday morning. We were very early at the airport - about 3 hours before the flight. We certainly didn't want to hang around with all the luggage. We decided to go and book in earlier and see what happens. We were explained that we can only book in our luggage 2 hours before the flight.
I guess Zanele had pity on us, because she went to find out whether our luggage can be stored by Kulula and she came back with the positive news. So at least we did not have to hang around the airport with all our luggage.
I was very happy with this lady's friendliness and going the extra mile to address our needs.
