I've recently booked a return flight from Lanseria to King Shaka, however I keep getting SMS's from Kulula cancelling my flights and changing them to times that I haven't agreed to and which do not suit me at all. In one of the cases, I wasn't even informed of the time/date to which the flight was changed, I was just told in the SMS that the flight was cancelled. The same thing happened to my partner just a few days earlier, where her flight was delayed 3 times and she was not informed in some cases. This kind of poor communication is starting to become expected from Kulula (not the first story I've heard from family and friends). Maybe people book specific travel times/dates because those are the times/dates that they want to travel on... just a thought.
