I booked a flight for 1 adult and 2 kids for yesterday evening on flight MN503 from lanseria to Durban. the flight was scheduled 18:25, then it was moved to 7:05 PM and then again delayed and moved to 9:25 PM. This is not the first time this has happened, Every time i flew with kulua the flight were always delayed. we don't have this experience when we fly with mango or SAA, and its only kulula that have issues. remember people make arrangements and take time off work and make necessary travel arrangement to get to the airport on time and this is the service we receive. and remember kids get tired and this is not fair that they have to endure this. I must say the service that you guys are offering these days are appalling. Just remember that it does not mean that if you flights are cheap" then we must expect a cheap service.
I know that when you respond it will be just an apology as usual, which is not good enough. I will certainly not use kulula in future
