I paid and they told me flight is full!!!

Friday: 22Feb flight: 517 hla to dur at 9:25pm

On Friday when I went to lanseria airport to check in, I was told sorry the flight is fully booked... FULLY BOOKED... so??? I paid for my seat in January already which cost me R1156.00!! Not a small amount for a reason of the flight is fully booked.

The lady that the airport who does not work for kulula but for the airport who was very helpful and said Kulula does this all the time where they over book hoping people don't show up... how unprofessional especially paying so much for a flight...

The lady had to call the pilot to ask him if I could be seated in this thing called a jumper seat which is just a plastic fold away seat that the hostesses use taking off and landing and I was told that will be my only option or I would need to take the flight next morning.

Kulula is so unprofessional that i feel that im forced to fly with them because its the only airline that flys to Durban from lanseria. Its not the first time that im unhappy and disappointed with their service, there is never a sorry from them, its always the flight is delayed or messing dates and times.
