Herewith i would like to complain about the poor service which i received & the suprise which i got when i arrived at the airport & paid for the change which i made on my booking, ref KQBCTR.

I changed my return flight to the 23rd of Dec instead of the 17/`8 as originally booked - i phoned customer service an the consultant changed my booking as requested - he informed me that the total amount which i where suppose to pay was R 170 & he confirmed that's the only amount when i asked him if he's sure -- he was suppose to cancel the other change which i made (return flight on the 06/07 Jan to the 23rd of Dec) which would have been R 751 & replace it with the R 170 change because when i got to the airport the lady informed me that i should pay R 921 - it was for the first change R 751 R 170 & when i asked her how can i ay for a fight which i'm not gonna use, it doesnt make sence (I'm not gonna be on that flight but i'm paying for it) i'm suppose to only pay R 170 then she said the system didnt cancel the first change -- who's problem is this --mine as the CLIENT of the guy who assisted me on behalf of Mango?? i would like to be refunded for the R 751 amount which i paid!!!
