Kulula has done it again, disappointed as usual I was checked in on the wrong flight
My flight was to Durban and here I was checked into a Cape town flight, if I didn't just happen to ask the hostess if this was a Durban flight and to my amazement she said sorry this flight is going to Cape town. My boarding pass and seat number was all for Cape Town.
Really!!! Can an airline mess up that badly, lucky enough the right flight was delayed and I made it on time for the correct flight. I use Kulula a lot and 90% of the time there is some disappointing event that takes place, it's like once the flight is paid for they don't really care and flights seemed to be getting higher and service is getting bad to worst
not sure of specific dates and times as i was overseas for the past months
