I booked my flight on Kulula special three weeks ago. Today I hear through a friend (Kulula did not even let me know) that our flight is cancelled and we are all moved to an earlier flight. We cannot however make the earlier flight as our connecting flight only comes in later the day. There are later Kulula flights but they do not want to change us to them because it is operated by BA and will cost them more. But it is their mistake. We had to ask for a refund and book with a different airline, paying more than if we booked three weeks ago. Refunds take 6-8 weeks but taking your money for a flight and cancelling it happens in a matter of days. This is unacceptable as the problem was theirs and they need to put us on a different flight acceptable by us. They cannot randomly move flights once you have paid without even checking if this suits you.
