Booking a flight to King Shaka from OR Tambo, making the mistake on the date. I completely take responsibility for my mistake. On the Kulula website it indicates that to change your flight details it will be between R171 - R342, I got everything changed, but was charged R1280 for changing my flight.
Paying this amount, just to confirm my booking. Flights are exactly the same and there was no price difference. I do not understand why my flight will now cost me R2600.
I expect a refund of my payment!!!
