I made the mistake of making a booking on Kulula for flights to CT for the long weekend for myself and my partner. We arrived at the airport for the 9:30am flight and upon checkin were informed that the flight was overbook. We were then told that the next available flight was at 3pm. We were put on standby for the Mango 11:30 flight which I was lucky enough to caught but not my partner. He only arrived on the later flight. My partner had to sit at the airport for the entire day waiting for a 9:30 flight that we book and paid for. I find the practise of over booking flights unacceptable as it interferes with the holidays! If we wan't to fly at 3 we would have booked it!
