My flight MN109 to Cape Town on 12 June 2013 has been cancelled. Without any consultation they have changed my booking to MN107 at 17:15 which is too early for me.
I phoned the call centre, and after waiting for about 7 minutes on the line, the consult said 17:15 is the last Kulula flight and if I want a BA flight at 19:10 I have to pay in. There is a BA flight at a LOWER price available than the Kulula flight at 17:15... It would make business sense for Comair to allow me to fly on the BA flight at 19:10, which would suit me.
There was a specific reason I wanted the 19:25 flight. That is why I chose that flight when I made the booking. I am very disappointed that Kulula is not trying to accommodate its clients. I did not agree to the 17:15 flight and will probably not even make with traffic at that time.
