Myciti bus service = MySHITTY bus service!!

I am so disappointed in this bus service - and the V&A Waterfront actually. there is only ONE place to purchase and reload a myciti bus card, which is at the information centre. the information centre closes around 7pm so a lot of the people who need to reload or purchase a card cant because they're closed. besides that, one is only allowed to load a minimum of R80. Some people dont have R80 to load sometimes. So, i then ask the lady to load my card with the minimum required and gave her my debit card to complete the transaction, only to be told that it's strictly only cash. the closest atm's were "offline" so i had to mission through the mall looking for an atm... about 35mins later i went back to pay her. why is there only ONE loading point? Why can i not load less than R80? and why cant i pay with my card? ive lodged formal complaints with myciti before but seems like nothing gets done or improves!! its also quite sad that i hear more and more people calling it myshitty. thank goodness im not the only one who's unhappy with this service! bring the taxis and golden arrow's back!!!
