Loaded money onto Myciti bus card and it vanished

I'm very upset
I am a loyal ABSA customer.
The pther night my girlfriend realised her myciti card was empty and she had to use it to go to work early next morning. As we live in the Southern Suburbs there is NOWHERE to load the card in this area.
After looking it up I read you could do it online from your absa bank account which I did and the money was deducted... the sum of R200 which we really needed at the time and couldn't afford to throw away.
When she went to use the card the next morning nothing...
A few days later I wasted over an hour of my precious work time going to ABSA in Tokai, where the knew NOTHING about a card they endorse, I was bounced around to the internet department on the ph, and told maybe it hasn't cleared yet we filing a complaint for you etc.
Well the missing R200 never appeared on the card, I never heard back and to top it all off the fool on the internet banking line said he cant see the transaction which I can clearly see on my internet banking.
DON'T TRUST ABSA, THEY ARE, THEY MY MONEY AND SHRUGGED THEIR SHOULDERS . Im Changing banks next week
