Very bad experience

I am a Capetonian resident and make use of the myciti bus services very often, travelling from Sea Point to Tableview. My parents are visiting me from Pretoria and we needed to be at an appointment at the Blouberg Hospital. We go to the Greenpoint stadium station to purchase 2 cards for my parents and to load money on their cards and my card. We were told to go to the pharmacy across the road to purchase these. When we arrived at the pharmacy, I was told that they do not sell or load myciti cards and that we must go to the shop down the road. I go to the shop only to be told by the owner that the system is offline, so I go back to the station and explain to the assistant there that I cant purchase or load any cards because there's no other loading stations in the area. The assistant also said that the shop often has problems with their machines and that they're offline very often.By now We've already missed 2 buses! The assistant then tells me that we must walk all the way to Granger bay station to buy cards and that we cant get on the bus. My parents are in their 70's already and my mom has had a hip replacement very recently. We were, in fact, on our way to see the specialist wh
