When the new system was implemented at myciti -01.08.2013... there was problems with their new system.
i loaded both myciti cards to use, when i tapped out it showed configuration error. the driver could not advise what the problem was.
the following monday when i wanted to use the card in cape town the driver did not wnat me to enter the bus according to him there is no money on both my card, when i finally got to civic centre they could not assist me because of uninformed staff. they sent me to table view, i got to table view and the staff was so unhelpful.
up to today my card has not been sorted out and when i call the customer service line - they also cant help me
myciti needs to improve their service and train their staff - when you have questions the staff just say they dont know -
