Cashier loads incorrectly due to not listening

The myciti buses started a new fare charging system, i did my part took note of the dates (3 Aug) and went there to load my card for the month. besides the fact that the lady who was meant to be assisting me ignored me for a bit whilst she was busy filling in some papers for who knows what, she then takes my cash and loads it on the old system which is the cash value and not the new system of loading points. this is after i tell her to load the new system. now i have to suffer by not benefiting from the system because someone who works for this bus service was too busy to pay attention to what she was doing.
