After arrival at the Cape Town International airport at 18:00 for our 19:15 flight on mango JE168 we were about to approach the gate for our boarding, only to find out that the flight was delayed until 22:00 that evening! We sat at the airport from 18:00 untill 22:00 until the airplane finally left. We were left with no explanation or any compensation for the above. We planned our trip and our flight back to Jhb as we had things to so. We had to cancel our arrangements in JHB as a result. We will no longer make use of Mango airlines in the future.
