Dispeakable service, disgusted

Waited 1.5 hours for the bus to arrive, I had bought an lcd for my elderly parents, they wanted to charge me R500.my ticket costed R370 but I must pay R130 more for something that doesn't weigh even 5kg. A muslim african gentleman said to me (trying 2 be smart) that if I want a refund then I must go get it 4rm wher I bought the ticket.with 2 small kids @ past 10 in the night? there was a coloured lady there who's attitude was disgusting, she had no empathy and proceeded to say that the bus can be late so I must just wait but thebus will never wait 4 me.basically telling me that I am not important to them or thgeir business. Some1 needs to tell them that we are the reason they have jobs. I gave them R250 they loaded the tv, no receipt. They even said that they are aware that computicket doesn't explain to customers but that's not their problem. The bus we eventually boarded said that we would go directly to the south coast and not stop in Dur or PMB but that what we did, we reached 3 hours late. Intercity Xpress gets worse and worse. Disgusting service and don't enjoy being insulted or undermined.
