Intercity Xpress
Delayed for 5.5 hours on the road- bus overheating

I booked the intercity xpress for my mum from JHB to PMB on the 19th of May 2013.
The bus fetched her from Edenvale Mcdonalds at 8am, was supposed to reach PMB at 14:50pm.
She only reached PMB at 20:30pm that night due to the bus overheating & to wait for another bus was 5 & a half hours later. She's a diabetic & also suffers from severe back pain & limbs, all the passengers had to also give their water to the driver. Anyways this is unacceptable, they charge R300 a ticket per person one way, I'm sure they could afford to send their bus's for servicing. AN APOLOGY SMS WON'T DO FOR THESE PASSENGERS THAT STAYED IN THAT BUS FOR 5 & A HALF HOURS EXTRA!!! I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT SUPPORT INTERCITY ANYMORE.
