Late and terrible customer service

We were supposed to leave jozi at 10 to durban. Da staff ddnt bother to inform us of delay instead shouted at us for being in da wrong line when no one was there to assist with the ques.seen as their 9o clock bus had also nt left yet.now it 23:10 and we were just told our empty bus has just left pta. Dnt know if I will make my son's 3rd birthday
