BUS 2 and a half hours late - no notification

My 76 year old mother-in-law booked a ticket on intercity express this morning from OR Tambo airport to Port Shepstone. The bus was supposed to leave at 08h00, it is now 10h00 and no sign of the bus, and the passengers were only notified 20 minutes ago that the bus is late due to a mechanical failure and they have no idea when the bus will arrive at the airport. My mother-in-law has been sitting at the airport with nothing to eat or drink since 07h30. The customer services department had no idea why the bus was late when I called them. Why does nothing in this country work? The busses break down en route on a regular basis, Mr Ismail who owns Intercity Express needs to sort out his customer service and the maintenance on his busses. Surely the bus should be checked the night before it leaves. Don't take my money and then not deliver the service promised. This is last time we use a bus, i would rather pay double the price for an airticket.
