Where do I begin with all the things that went wrong with the trip. I booked a trip for my brother his wife an their baby girl who is only 1 and a half. My sister-in-law came up Friday night with the baby, the bus was an hour late, and when the bus finally came, if she did not ask, they would have left her, then it was some stupid STAR bus and not an intercity Express bus, the bus was smelly and dirty! Then last night i dropped my brother and his wife with the baby off at benoni, the bus was 50 minutes late! it was again not an intercity bus! they has no heater so and my brother said it was freezing cold! they stopped half way and then only got on to an Intercity Bus! i will never again book with intercity, if you are late they will not call or anything but leave you however if they are late you must just sit an wait! they do no apologise! they just expect you to accept it! My poor niece could not even sleep properly coz she was cold.
