On a return flight to Dbn, my sons booster car seat was lost. It was returned the next day with out the protective cushioning. Suppliers do not stock covers for these seats so the seat is now useless. I have made numerous calls and emails all of which go unanswered. I was told that the claim would be finalized by latest Tues 5th November but that is the last I heard from SAA. I shall never fly with this company again and neither will any of our staff.
