I purchased a car seat under false advertising. I thought it was the booster seat they displayed and only when I scrolled down after doing the EFT did I see it was a booster seat that I could get cheaper and better for R399.99. I immediately cancelled the order and have been waiting since Friday 6 December for a refund. Today they now tell me it will take 7 to 10 days to clear a payment refund!!! FOR GOODNESS SAKES GROUPON SA, I DID A DIRECT EFT INTO YOUR ABSA ACCOUNT FROM AN ABSA ACCOUNT!!!
The worst is I know you will not respond to this as your support is useless and every time I reply a different person replies to my email! USELESS!!!
