SHOCKING SLACK TERRIBLE SERVICE KULULA!!

When you book a car and a flight as a package with [URL Removed] please be aware that you will be issued an INCORRECT BOOKING REFERENCE NUMBER that will NOT ALLOW YOU TO : 1) make a flight change on line, 2) book in online, and 3) self check in at airport. This will then lead you to call a Call Center which brags about "awesome" service but at least does not subject you to stupid jokes while holding for ever. That Call Center will NOT BE ABLE to help you either because it is not their department as you (shame on myself) happened to book a package deal (with a car) and this is the reason for the unusable code issued. You will then have to buy at least a R100 of Airtime and eventually be CUT OFF and have to start the whole process over again. Maybe I was lucky on my 7TH ATTEMPT to have someone actually call me back after 2 days and proudly tell me that It would be an additional R1700 ONLY to change my flight because I HAD LEFT IT SO LATE and the flight is full.. Maybe you will be even luckier and get to deal with two contemptuous ladies at the sales counter who looked as if they would rather shoot themselves than even try and help me THANKS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING KULULA!!!
