Hi there my second time flying [URL Removed] and had a experience both ways.
I flew Friday 22nd March to CPT on flight MN 109 from or Tambo to CPT sat in seat number 17F the most seat ever the foam on the seat was so thin and worn that I could feel the metal below the foam I asked the air hostess if they had any pillows as the seat I'm on was very hard she advised that they don't carry pillows on the seat and that it is a low cost airline. Yes I understand that but paying R863 and two days later looking at the same flight prices was R2000 one way well I have asked her to have that seat checked out.

on return all went well till we landed flight MN 108 at JHB international at 22.00 and only got our baggage at 22.45 after being told to move from on carousel to another even the ground staff advised that they can't do anything as there was no communication from the baggage department for me this was disgusting as no1 could assist the frustrated passengers I have made up my mind not to travel with kulula again!!!
