As per the mail I sent to your enquiries desk, your online booking facility incorrectly allocated seats for which I paid to book. I paid the seat selection fee and chose seats 4B and 4C for both journeys (jhb->cpt->jhb).
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, I noticed that the seat booking details were as follows:
Myself: JHB->CPT: Seat 4B CPT->JHB: N/A
My girlfriend: JHB->CPT Seat 4B CPT->JHB: Seat 4B
I am writing this email 16 days in advance. I swear by all that is holy that if this is not rectified by the time I fly, I will raise a media storm of monumental proportions.
My flight booking reference is: KRJNSZ
Please respond ASAP to my email sent previosuly to the enquiries desk.
