We recieved bad service from priemer holiday club, they where suppose to do bookings for our holiday on which they did but they never did a follow up on how many people are going they send the confirmation letter after we have called them to do so. On Tuesday the lady from the company calls and ask how many people are going I told her that its 6 adults and 6 kids she says it over and I asked her to book an another room because we can not leave the kids behind she said she will get back to me on which she did not, on the day of our trip on Friday we go to Magaliespark resort on where we where treated like diliquats cause we are black we came with a combi we arenot allowed to enter cause tthere's to many of us we under stood hence why we asked for another room they told us it was fool the kids have to go back how do send kids back home while we are on holiday who will look after them? We asked the general manager Mrs Botha said she does not care about how I feel, she said the most hturtful things about me and my family. I called my agency premier holiday club they were not happy to assist me as I pay them to do, we ended up going home in the middle of the night.this happend on 151113
