At the end of last year I believed that I purchase a car seat for my 1 year old baby. Early in the new year a delivery was made which was only a booster seat, which was more suitable for a toddler. The Promotion showed a car seat for R 399. Unfortunately I misread the fine print, that state that the R 399 was just the booster seat and not the actual car seat. I just requested them to cancel the transaction and collect the goods for a refund. The call operator said it not a problem to cancel the order and stated that it would take about 2-3 weeks for collection. I requested the the cancellation at the end of January 2013 and we are now in April and the seat is still sitting there for collection. My ref no: 15079126
