Last year when traveling to Cape Town from Johannesburg, when I went to check in, the flight was over booked so to compensate time lost I was given a voucher of R400 and was told not to loose it as "anyone can use the voucher". I even asked if I could give it to a friend or relative and I was advised that it is correct.
Today my relative tried to use it and she says that the call centre says only I can use the voucher even though I was told differently.
This compensation is just a load nonsense to make you feel better for the moment till you are ready to use that voucher is when the problem comes in.
Please fix this up and stop misleading people!
