I'm flying via British Airways to London Wednesday 19 June 2013 which is a 12 hour flight. I thought I was doing the right thing phoned "British Airways" advising them that I have a heart condition and is a diabetic. I will be in the UK for a month which means that I have to take quite a bit of insulin with me. I requested permission to put the insulin in their fridge during the flight as it has to stay cool. I was advise sorry it isn't there problem they can't put it in the fridge I have to take my own cooler box and make sure that it stays cool. NOW WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT.
