No Voucher with purchase as promised

I bought a Defy dishwasher and it was said that I will receive a R100 voucher with the purchase. After I waited more that 30 minutes for the salesperson (who was not very helpful anyway) he said that they only give out vouchers on Saturdays? HUH what nonsense.

So we asked the supervisor who told us no the voucher is in the machine. So I left and when I got home NO VOUCHER.

I feel it is unfair to advertise a special and not adhere to it. Very disappointed customer. :(
