I tried to book a flight online and received an error message at the point of payment. I called and queried this and payment still did not process. On my third attempt the payment went through but also one of the failed error payments was also processed. I called the call centre and spoke to Bongi who told me that the 2nd pmt would be reversed and the instruction would be sent to the bank and I would be cc'd on this email. Nothing came through. A day later I called and was told that I can only be assisted by Bongi and she was not in. i left a message for her to call me back and did not get that call. 3days later I checked my bank balance and found that nothing had changed. I then called and asked to speak to Bongi, I was put on hold for close to 10 mins and when I got to her she made the same promise with no delivery AGAIN.
I AM NOT PLEASED ABOUT THE PATHETIC SERVICE THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDED AND WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK. Please note this is the last time I use you for my traveling.
Can someone please do something about this SOON!!
