Pay for their fault

This morning I tried to book a flight to Durban from Lanseria Airport via internet. Everything went well until I needed to do the payment. I choose the internet payment option and it kept on given me an error message telling met to choose a valid option. I called the call centre for help. The person on the other side was very helpful. Eventually he also couldn't do a EFT - he did this to see if it was an error on my side or their's or the bank's. Then he gave me banking detail and the amount I need to pay to confirm my booking. Which I did immediatly via eft from my bank. few minutes later he called me and tell me that I have to pay an additional fee for him helping me as per his supervisor as they tried to get an attempt from me to book a flight but they couldn't. MY supervisor was standing next to me when I tried to book the flight for the fourth time but they couldn't pick it up on their side so I have to pay! I have to pay without it being my fault that the website are incorrect.
