KULULA SID Payment service - disgusting

I tried to pay for a flight online using Kulula's SID payment service and it displayed

"Oops, there's been an error in processing of your payment. Please try again.
Oops, we were not able to process that form of payment. Please go back and select another option for payment to secure your seat."

however, my cellphone received a text saying the amount was debited off my account, but the flight booking was NOT processed. The cost of the flight has now been pending in my account since 30th July!! That is 2 weeks ago!

The last time Kulula made any effort to respond to my emails was 3rd of August, 10 days ago!

I have been into my bank to request that they cancel the transaction and they have told me that they are not authorised to recall the funds, that this must be done from the supplier's side, however, Kulula said that it must be done from within my own bank. So now I am out of pocket for double the amount of money that the flight cost me, because I have had to purchase another flight and am not able to access the pending funds. That is just disgusting service.

No Flight, No Service, and yet I have no money??? Unacceptable in every way. Just gross. Obviously furious.
