I have not travelled in a long time but am starting again now and wanted to update my voyager membership with my new details and reset my pin. I called the call centre who said it would take 7 days so duly scanned in a copy of my passport with all my new details. I called again today - 7 days later and get told now that it will take 45 working days!!! I have never heard of such a ridiculous turnaround time.
All I want to do is update my details and reset my pin so that I can access my account online.
